Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor data and other communications for quality assurance.
- Analyze data to ensure compliance with company and client-specific guidelines.
- Identify gaps in processes and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports and dashboards.
- Highlight trends, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
- Share actionable insights with the operations team and management.
- Collaborate with team leads and trainers to refine processes.
- Suggest improvements in workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure alignment on quality parameters.
- Ensure all quality protocols and procedures are followed.
- Document audit results, non-compliance, and corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of quality reviews and training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1.5 – 2.5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role in the BPO industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with quality management tools and frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
