Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data in various systems, databases, and tools.
- Perform data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage large volumes of data with efficiency and meet defined productivity targets.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and data entries for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Ensure data confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.
- Identify and correct errors in data entry to maintain accuracy.
- Follow company quality standards and ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks.
- Communicate effectively to resolve any discrepancies or issues in data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
